About Campground

Picture this. You’re looking to stay in the heart of Bend, Oregon, with easy access to the city’s best sites, dining, and entertainment. You’re also looking for the ultimate camping experience — whether it’s parking your trailer for a stay at The Camp, nestled amongst the trees but in the middle of town, or staying at a restored vintage trailer, making everything a bit more simple and less complicated on your camp-cation. Whatever it is — adventure isn’t hard to find when you call The Camp home base. With plenty of RV pads, restored vintage trailers, and tiny cottages for rent, we’ve got what you’re looking for. At Bend’s oldest RV Park, it’s all about the adventure, and the memories you’ll take home. Experience The Camp.

Restored Vintage Trailers

Our restored vintage trailers have each been designed with a unique theme and feel throughout. Enjoy modern living? Stay at The Cottage. More of an arts lover? You’ll dig The Draper. Our rentals make it easy to for you to explore your destination, and come back to a spot you love. Enjoy all the amenities of a traditional home, in a unique and relaxing setting.

The RV Park

This is where our roots run deep. Our RV park sits where one of Bend’s first RV Parks opened in the 1950’s. It was on the outskirts of town at the time. Then, the town grew, and it grew around us ever-so-perfectly. People chose to live here permanently, our location is that good. Our new model and brand created a new opportunity to provide a beautiful and inviting community, brand new utilities, and better pads for everyone to come experience Bend on their terms. Oh, and did we mention our views are killer? Peep Mount Bachelor and The Sisters in all their glory, right from your RV.

Our Hood

Bend is known as Oregon’s urban and outdoor playground. A place you can climb your favorite Oregon mountain, paddle a pristine lake, and taste the hoppiest beers. We’re pretty proud of our neighborhood. Situated just minutes from Downtown Bend, the Old Mill, and several of the area’s best dining and breweries, it’s easy to get where you want to be when you stay at The Camp. And if recreation is your thing (we’re going to guess it is if you’re coming to Bend), it’s all nearby. From the Cascade Lakes, to Mount Bachelor, to Smith Rock, everything is close to home at The Camp.

Our stay in the Tiny Cottage was great! The entire place was super clean, warm and welcoming. From the outdoor fire pit and central cooking area to the homey touches everywhere, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great. It's easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery shopping and nice to spend time outdoors instead of a hotel box. The owner was super helpful too!

Super friendly, clean, cool vibe and accommodating!!! We usually dry camp on BLM land on our road-trips but randomly need to find places to have a nice shower and do laundry. We used the number on the website and they answered right away! We chatted with Ronald and he happily accommodated our request! When we showed up we didn’t have to wait long and he opened all the showers for both of our families to use!

The laundry area was super clean and washed and dryer fast!

While we waited for our 3 loads of laundry we chatted and hung out around the main gathering area! We 10/10 recommend!

We love The Camp. It’s urban camping at its finest with all of the essentials and more. We appreciate the creative use of this space and since it’s only 1 mile from downtown, the location is great for getting to dining, bicycling, hiking, shopping, kayaking. Tyler was friendly and shared a wealth of info about places to go and things to do. Our 20 foot travel trailer fit great into our clean full hookup site. We enjoyed the morning coffee, gas fire pit, clean showers/restrooms. We’ll be back!

Ronald and Tyler are phenomenal hosts. They were always available making sure we had everything we needed including hot coffee in the morning!

The existing trailers are retro goodness and the RV sites are really well set up. Probably the best I’ve seen.

Proximity to town, shopping, grocery, breweries allowed us to bike everywhere rather than drive.

Great showers and laundry on site made sure we had every necessity.

Thanks guys - you didn’t exceed expectations- you blew them away!

Great location right in town. The campground has been done up quite nicely, with a nice communal area with fire pit, grills & lighting, and coffee in the morning!

The only let down was the showers. There are 2 commercial type trailers that house the shower/toilets & laundry etc. Which is fine, however out of 4 showers, only 1 worked well, so that took a little shine off.

Otherwise, we enjoyed our time there exploring Bend.
