The location is fantastic, situated near a fantastic park and neighborhood. The spaces are huge and wonderfully spaced, something that lots of rv parks are lacking. The customer service at the front was so so, but we only experienced it when checking in. We now want to move to Bend because the city was so happy.

After 2 weeks here we realized this property has some transitional pains. We’ve experienced many SunOutdoors properties and this one lacks the appeal of others. While the proximity to roads with bike trails and 3-4 mike vicinity to what we wanted to see and do in Bend, the property is poorly tended to which reflects my rating. It appears that they lack the staff to address clean up and tidiness to offset the premium, resort rate. I speak for 3 rigs traveling together.

Sun outdoors corporate treats its lower level employees like trash. Raised the rates tremendously and hasn’t given its employees a cost of living increase or raises in over two years. The Human Resources department treats you like a slave and does nothing to help bad situations or poor management. They don’t care about staff or guests. It was the worst employer I have ever had the displeasure of working for. It’s shameful.

Sun Outdoors Bend is beautiful. It is very well maintained, and a very comfortable place to stay! When we first arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a host that blew the pine needles off our campsite. Our kids loved playing pickle ball at the courts. We had a blast. We pulled away without our surge protector, but Sherry quickly mailed it to us to our next campground. She even followed up with us to make sure we got it! 10/10 recommend Sun Outdoors Bend! If all the Sun Outdoors are like this one, count us in!!

Really nice and clean park and priced well for what you get! Great positioning to easily get to things in Bend or up to the mountain too... my ONLY complaint is I wish the hottub was open later then 8pm! This will absolutely be our go-to spot to stay when we come to BEND (which is often)
