Please reconsider doing businesss here. I stayed here and the ladies in the office were extremely rude and difficult to work with. If you don’t do as they say they will threaten to kick you out with eviction even being current with rent. I will say this the park is clean and safe but they have to be a understanding with good paying customers. I was here for about a year or so and it was very difficult. Don’t purchase a mobile home in this park they are to old majority of them are. They have very high deposits to discourage the every day people to be here. Rent is also very high. Takes them a long time to do anything. They just need to retire and move on. Learn to treat people with respect.

Highly recommend this park. It is quiet, clean, and have fabulous staff. We were temporarily relocated for work from Tampa to the Atlanta area and did not want to get into a short term lease, especially because we were not sure how long we would be here. Also, we had to find a place in a hurry. The office was friendly and helpful. I feel safe at the park. Highly recommend this campgrounds, whether it be for a long term stay or just a weekend getaway.

Let me start off by saying I have never left a bad review but this needed to be said. I was very displeased with the campground. The website is very misleading. It shows a lake and really beautiful scenery. This was far from the truth. I was supposed to stay from a Thursday to Sunday but we had issues with our truck Thursday night. We were able to get down there Friday evening. I spoke to the lady in the office letting her know that we we going to be late and she was very rude and not understanding about our situation at all. She told me that they don’t like people arriving after closing (they close at 4:30pm on Friday’s) and she was very upset that we were going to be late. We did arrive and they left our reservation information at the office. Our site was very unlevel and the concrete pad was broke and overall very dirty site. We felt very unsafe because of the people staying there full time and the location. It was very noisy from the busy traffic close by. We ultimately decided to move to a different campground the next morning. Losing my money. I never received a phone call asking what was going on. She is a very unpleasant lady. She told me on the phone when I told her we would be arriving late to “not make a habit of this”. Have no fear we will never return to your campground.

We have stayed for a month, it was clean, quiet and the owners were accommodating for us. We hope to be back. Spacing was very, very good, They try to make sure you have good electric and water pressure. We had spot 23 where we had deer pass just feet from or Class C, enjoy!

Close to Stone Mountain and Atlanta! Quiet, spacious sites, (not much shade). Friendly professional staff. This former trailer park is primarily an RV Park now with nice level sites, quality utilities (high water pressure-bring a regulator),
