Sparacia Witherell Family Winery & Vineyards is located in western Florida. In the historic city of Brooksville.
Our winery & vineyards are located on one of the highest elevations in the State of Florida at 275 feet above sea level. We enjoy sultry breezes off the Gulf of Mexico where we grow native Muscadine (Vitis Rotundifolia) and Hybrid varieties of wine grapes.
This location offers five pet-friendly spaces for RVs of any size.
What an amazing place on top of the knoll. Great atmosphere, wineand beer selection were very impressive. Now, the owner and Kevin were great hosts. I highly recommend visiting this place.
This was a fun place to stop! Sweet Florida wine but also a large selection of ciders and beer. Live music and food truck when we visited on a Friday.
Vineyard is a little out of the way but it lies at the top of a hill with a lovely view to the north. A tasting was provided on our Sunday visit for free and the wine listing that was provided included a list of all their wines with the alcohol content and Residual Sugar (RS) for better determination of favorite wines. Plenty outdoor seating with excellent live entertainment. Mediterranean food truck available along with some cheese, chips, and dried meats for purchase. Non-alcoholic beverages also available for kids. We picked up two case of wine and were given a free bottle to enjoy. Ice buckets are available for use to keep you white wines cold. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back.
