Lakeland is only 25 minutes away, Tampa and New Port Richey 45 minutes, and Clearwater and Orlando only an hour and half. Located 2 miles south of Hwy 301 and 20 miles north of I-4 on US Hwy 98.
Pros: Rv lot rental includes everything, lots are large
Cons: lot rent increased $48 overnight. You can find better pricing elsewhere, owners are difficult & unreasonable

My wife and I are first year snowbirds and have stayed at many communities from New Orleans to Florida and I have to say this community is by far the best experience so far. The place is very clean. The residents are all extremely friendly. It is the most quiet one yet. Being an rv, concrete pads for parking is really important & they are well maintained. The manager Lisa and her husband are extremely helpful and friendly. I can't say enough about our stay. We will be back.
Great place, wide camping areas, wonderful pool, heated, bike riding awesome, definitely will come back
