Woah, this park has changed dramatically since my first visit in 2020, new marina with a gazebo to relax in, and grill while you fish off the sea wall, gorgeous new homes built, a beautiful new pool landscape and retaining wall. A comfortable screen in patio to the clubhouse, boat trailer storage facility. Can’t wait to see why they do with the upcoming clubhouse renovation ! Love the management and maintenance team here very friendly and helpful. Great place to sit and watch wildlife out on Lake Eustis.

I think Lake Point is a beautiful Community! The problem is that I can't afford to live there. I understand inflation but when the folks that have been living there for years are selling their homes bc they can't afford to stay and pay the new and improved lot rent of almost $700.00 a month. That is a very sad situation to be in. I'm retired and I live in a park in the same scenario. My lot rent, as in all parks, will go up on the 1st of the year, but nowhere near the percentage rate as in Lake Point and her sister Community of El Red. I guess inflation must have hit Tavares much harder than Eustis! I wasn't making a funny, like I said, it's a very sad situation for those folks that have to sell their homes and find a place they can afford at this point in their lives. I'm sure this was to be their forever home when they first bought and moved into this beautiful park and community. 😒😞😓

Actually it was a mistake to turn around I wasn't actually going to this place but the people that are there are extremely nice. I was directed as I went in because the homes are so close together but it's actually quite clean and pretty. I was impressed just driving through to just turn around and to use my phone due to the fact that we should not use our phone while driving.

My husband and I stayed the month of March 2017 at the Holiday Mobile Park. We enjoyed our stay there. It was very quite and we met many of our neighbors. Gary and Sonya were very nice and very helpful when we moved our RV Motor Home in. We actually ran over the water pipe (thanks to my directing my husband). Gary was there in minutes cutting off the water and getting a plumber out to fix it. He did not make us feel like we shouldn’t be driving and parking if we didn’t know what we were doing. He got it fixed in no time and helped us get things back to normal having water in record time. We got to know Travares so much and the surrounding area, we loved it there. Planning to go there again sometime in January 2018, 3-4 months.

RV area is awful, smells of sewer.

Lady in the office is extremely rude.

No one available for check in, thank goodness the other rv’ers were helpful.
