Good staff. Reasonable rent for area. Other places pay a lot more.
Got approved for the place they told us that they would hold it as long as we paid the security deposit then we get the lease and the story changes to they want the first month and security deposit in which they had said they sent two versions of the lease and I only got one which in return got us rejected all bc of improper communication
New internet provider in park. Makes easy for kids to play the games, streaming TV, and jump web surfing. Great Wifi.
Thank you Charlie and Penny and the rest of the team for all of y’all’s help, and everything you’ve done and been there for me. My 4 months at your campground was absolutely lovely! I’m so glad I had Charlie’s help with placing my camper in the spot, Penny is an amazing office manager. Thank you guys for looking out for me, I hope you have a merry Christmas and a happy new year! If I’m ever back in Ocala, I very well may see you again, be well! :)
I like it here..started off in our camper upgraded to one of their mobile homes. Staff is friendly. Pool should be opening up soon.. My kids and I are very excited! Laundry facility on site, shower house/bathroom available during office hours. Pet friendly. Family friendly. And not too far from the craziness of town yet just outside enough it feels like country.
