Finally got a great new manager Jamie, that acknowledges the rules and state laws for this senior park. Nice quiet, clean park. All the tenants and new park manager are friendly and helpful. Pet friendly to small pets under 30lbs. No small children, pit bulls or vicious dogs. It's a 55 + park. Rent is very reasonable and affordable. Everything is within a 10 mile radius or less, Publix, Walmart, pharmacy ,restaurants, dollar store and more. If you find a bad review of this place, it's because they were asked to leave, due to not following the rules and state laws..

Great community living the mobile home and RV lifestyle. Affordable lot rent and mobile homes with handicap accessible ramps available. Visit the office to check availability. The picture are of the mobile home we bought for our father who unfortunately passed away just recently.

I live here. Moved here the end of December 2022. I appreciate my neighbors. I appreciate the woman running the business for the owners. They are pet-friendly and a 55+ community. I work 12-hour overnight shifts and I have no problem sleeping during the day, it is noise free. They provide lawn-mowing as well. You can stay short term or long term. I do recommend this park.

I stayed at nautilus trailer park which seemed to be associated with this place. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience. If you ever wanna get taken for your money, this is the place to be. The managers are never in the office. Never doing their job but always threatening some Folks, every chance they get because they need money. If they don't catch you on your background, they will catch you any. Which way possible so if you ever wanna give money away? This is the place to be never trust. Anybody with no teeth you never know if they talk about you or not

The park is in a great location and it’s quiet. Neighbors are friendly except for a selective few but we all find that everywhere. My husband and I stayed there off and on since 2017. We went through 3 different managers. We always paid our rent and electricity and never had any problems with anyone however a resident/MH owner right across from the office is a very unfriendly and bias person and was always complaining about some people that she doesn’t like and making false allegations to cause some of us to get evicted but the first 2 managers at the time looked into the matter and found no evidence of that resident’s fake allegations and were always fair. The neighbors for the most part are friendly. We cooked several times for the residents, especially the elderly and invited them to the clubhouse kitchen which the previous managers allowed and provided us access to the kitchen for that purpose without any problems. We were also allowed to store our perishable foods in the club’s refrigerators because the park has issues with the electricity and it damages the RVs electrical system. In also having problems with the sewer and the backups that it causes we were able allowed access to the bathhouse by the 2 previous managers. Now at the end of December 2023 they brought in a new manager Jamie and the unfriendly resident went to her with false claims and without looking into her false allegations she sent threats of eviction notices for a few of us and it was not well. She didn’t want to listen to us and hung up on me while I was still trying to talk to her. She proceeded to call Charlie and Dennis ( 2 of her managers) who came to our lot threatening and bullying. I told them that I had consulted an attorney about the situation because we had nowhere to go right away and they mocked me. They were unprofessional and rude. We were given help by our children to leave and we were thankfully gone the same week. When I told them that I would contact the owner of the park they laughed and told me that the owner “doesn’t give a @&$!” Yes it Is a quiet and convenient area but the electrical and sewage issues and now the new manager it became too much to deal with. Many RV owners there are having their RVs damaged by the electrical problem but so many of them can’t afford to go anywhere else with the current financial situation. When I said to Charlie and Dennis that they make their money from the residents there and that people might start leaving he laughed and said “these old people are not going anywhere!” I am appalled at their attitude and their lack of professionalism and their disregard. It Is a good location but the issues are not corrected. The new manager changed the locks to the kitchen’s and the bathhouse’s doors and denied us the usage when our appliances were damaged there. I wish the owner and these managers would own their responsibility.
