Not recommended! Park is full of trash and broken down trailers. Fotos are absolutely misleading. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. One guy was doing burnouts with his truck, others blew up fireworks..

toilets where closed..generally everything was messy and kind of dirty.

We wanted to use this place to visit Universal and KSC but we left the other morning as soon as possible.

The office staff was very kind and helpful.

I dislike Trish she is the manager here and it's very judgemental and hateful. Stopped taking our monthly rent payment so she could evict me and my boyfriend cuz she dont like us cuz if whatever she made up in her head about us. He works hard everyday and now this. ::Curse words:: but it's cheap and your neighbors mind they business no one steals from us on this side (A street) the dump n water pump stinks the area up but hey.. they need to get rid

This is a mobile home park with RV parking and mobile homes. It is big with 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, a kids play area, a dog area and public washrooms. There is also a small boat dock. There are areas to park RVs but most people live on site. It is located close to Lake Nona with easy access to 417. There are no rooms to rent, but you can rent a spot to park an RV or put a tent. The front office is closed on weekends, so I recommend contacting them during the week. This is located at least 30 mins from Theme Parks and downtown Orlando.

This review is very late, so I hope it is still relevant. I'm late spring, I went to tour this place for a long term stay based on the photos. The amenities were nice enough and the staff was quite friendly. Unfortunately some long timers are bringing this place way down. Tarps and run down trailers abound.

It's an average trailer park. It is quite heinous. I've lived here for approximately 10 years now. The people who reside here are typically miserable, worthless, unsuccessful and nosey. Most tenants are addicted to either crack, alcohol, methamphetamine, or fentanyl. Children who live here tend to quit school very early and generally become useless. One of the 2 bath houses has been inoperable/out of commission since I've lived here. There are 2 pools.
