I'm so disgusted even thinking about this place.
You wouldn't want to use the pool.
Be glad your reservation wasn't honored. This isn't a place that you will feel safe.
Don't even think about staying to yourself and just surfing the net because Wi-Fi is not reliable.
Do not ever trust this campground to honor their confirmed reservations. On Dec 10, I talked to owner Sean and I booked a 6 night stay for Dec 29-Jan 4 and received a confirmation number. On Dec 15, I called back and talked to his office manager who confirmed my reservation and said “you are good to go”. Today, Dec 18, the same office manager called me and abruptly cancelled my reservation. She was rude and just said we have no spots for you. I asked her how is it possible to get a confirmation from the owner and 5 days later get a verification from her and then 3 days later get cancelled. Her response was “we are a campground and we can cancel anyone’s reservation anytime we want”. She told me they are calling several people today to cancel confirmed reservations and they have the right to do so and then hung up on me. Keep scrolling down the reviews and you will see this is a common thing for them to do. Unbelievable! They need to be put out of business.
Service is HORRIBLE!!!!! Called to reserve a site several times no one answers the phone. Emailed the park to reserve a site and was told to come in to the office to book. Guess they only want locals who can actually come in. Then finally received a call back from Donna who said all the sudden the park is 55+ only when I know other people staying there are not 55 and up. Good luck trying to book a site here! Anyone looking to stay in Daytona should go somewhere else. This place is a a joke!!!!!
Sean and the team at the International RV Park and Campground in Daytona Beach welcomed us with open arms. Answered all of our questions and even allowed us to pick which spot we wanted to park our RV. The neighbors and tenants were very nice. Facilities were clean and RV hook-up were on PAR. Pool was a heated pool so kids loved it. A+++ for The International RV Park and Campground team!! Thanks Sean!! We will see you again next year!!
