From jct I-75 & Hwy 200: Go 1/4 mi S on Hwy 200.
Just purchased a camper from them yesterday. Everything went better than expected, everyone was really helpful. Sandy did a thorough walk through, but my sales person, Kodiak was amazing, really made me feel comfortable helping me find the camper I wanted. He also made sure that I got what was promised and made the purchase go smooth.
Please beware we bought our motor home back in December, we were still playing around with them and our tags still to this date 02/22/2024, they told us that they serviced the motor home we asked for service records and they told us they did not have any, our sales guy lied to us and said that they checked the engine, the roof and all of the fluids, we took it to tiffon and the roof was cracked and the ac unit had to be repaired, I have bought many RV’S over the years and this is the worst dealership we have ever dealt with, to this day we are still waiting on the girl who works in the title department to call us back; if we want our title we have to pay additional 20.00 because when they turned in the paperwork to the state they short change them, and the state of TN tried calling them for 3 weeks and no one ever called them back. So I would be very careful before u buy from them,
If I could give them negative stars, I would. We left our class A there on consignment. It sold in less than 3 weeks but it took another 8 weeks to get our money from them. Excuse after excuse and no one from Village RV ever followed up. I had to constantly contact them. We finally got our check after 8 weeks and deposited it in our bank the same day. Next day I get a call from the finance manager informing us that our check might not clear. Avoid at all costs.
I’ve never seen service like this! Honest, Real, and beyond amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would! Wil and Kodiak helped us tremendously to find EXACTLY what we wanted and had all the knowledge to determine what was best for our family long term. We went to other dealerships and the customer service was severely lacking. I even found myself asking about ridiculous fees like a “peace of mind package” what does that even mean!?!? We immediately felt a shift when we came to Village RV. They never told us we couldn’t get what we were looking for (while staying in our price range) and they went above and beyond to help us get where we needed to be financially. The service is unmatched and there weren’t outrageous fees we didn’t understand. If you want a used or new RV these are your people. Thanks again guys & gals! We are so grateful to bring home our “Bessie”.
