Cute park. Lovely people...Yes! Wifi...No.

Road noise...Yes.

Can you find a bargain to purchase for yearly visits...Yes!

I'll say it again. Wifi...No.

Best part is the bike ride on the Levee/Levy; Seeing the homes on the canal; Being able to bike to all the restaurants and shops within a 5-8 mile distance. AND... it's location on the lake. The biggest lake in Florida.

Well kept year round. Helpful. Professional staff. Nice all year long; or for a stay through the winter.

6 Weeks after moving here I was asked to stop using my front door because it made the landlords dogs bark. (My front door faced his front door) I asked for it in writing and went to town and came back to find a 30 day notice to leave. The tenants that posted good reviews here did so before the new owners took over. Raw sewage across from my lot the entire time I was here. Bikers will keep you up rolling in at 2am and fighting in the street. Some people have big dogs locked up inside that bark 20 hours a day and the owner doesn't care. If you decide to stay here get a unit close to the main road because the back end is chaos. Don't take my word for it, walk around the park and talk to the tenants before you rent a spot here. And NEVER NEVER NEVER buy a unit here.
