Still work to be done here. Several tent campers, muddy parking lot. Other than it being small it was a good place to stop for the night. Far enough from I80 to avoid the interstate noise.

This is a really great place for travelers! It's right off the highway. We did have to go a little over 2 miles on dirt/gravel roads but we got to pass some adorable cows, goats, and horses! We got there on a Saturday evening and there were two other groups there but there was still plenty of room and it was quiet enough. I saw some reviews mention pit toilets; those appear to have been replaced by a portapotty. Overall it was a nice place to stay! You can see a lot of stars at night and the pond is so pretty.

Nice pond side campsite for a quick overnight stop. There is a small parking lot that could fit a dozen cars. There are six picnic tables with one of them covered. A walking trail goes around the lake, which is nice to walk the dog, kids, or spouse. There is no electric or water service, except for one hand pump. Cellular service was good on at&t. Overall a good place to boondock away from freeway noise.
