Pros: TONS of trees and shade.
Other campers are nice -- 2 guys jumped right in to help us back our camper in when we first got here. Never had that happen before.
Large swimming beach. Water is only waist high on an adult all the way out to the buoys.
Large, shaded grassy area near the swimming beach.
Dog friendly.
Relatively quiet for being so crowded.
Cons:
Spaces are pretty close together (not as bad as some places).
Swimming area is too shallow for real swimming and was super crowded on Saturday afternoon.
Overall: I think I'd love it during the Fall when it's less crowded.
We absolutely loved our stay here this past weekend. Loved how much shade there was in the campground. The bathrooms were the cleaniest I have ever seen at a campground. The camp hosts were so nice and willing to help a lending hand. The playground was a perfect touch as well. Can't wait to come back!!
