Located 9 miles south of the town of Chadron on Hwy 385.
Excellent cabins, beautiful park. Miles of hiking and biking trails, 18 holes of disc golf. A truly memorable experience.
The park is beautiful. Lots of fun things to do, like paddle boats, horse rides on trails, swimming, shooting range, Wehad a picnic by the creek and playground. The grill was relatively clean and easy to use. We plan on returning to camp and enjoy the activities they offer.
We stayed in the middle of September, which meant we were pretty much alone in the cabins area. Beautiful views from the back deck of our cabin (#6 Trout cabin), as well as on the trails.
