Nice quiet place and great location no laundry or bathhouse so 4 stars

Quiet, nice owner. Not much to do there, but I'm just in town for work...for that it's great

Nice place very shaded in the summer. Would've been 5 stars but no wifi. Great place for an extended stay if you're working out of town. The driveway into the park is pretty rough. Great location in auburn.

Owner is a humble guy.

Full hook ups. Great for contractor/traveling workers or an over night. Prices are fair. You do have to watch for people snatching insulation off other peoples paid lots in the cold months.

Noisy due to being close to hwy 75. Lots of engine braking with semi's and just highway traffic. Convenient to almost everything. Grocery store, dollar store, Pizza hut, subway, all within a block. Full hookup is a plus!!! Allows pets!! Circle(oval-shaped) drive.
