Park itself is not bad for a short stay. Casino is a waste, never saw anyone winning anything, so advise you keep your $$ in your pocket. Restaurant staff was rude. We went in to celebrate our 54 anniversary, as we approached the desk a very rude young female said you can't bring in any outside beverages. I said this little cup, half full, is not an outside beverage, YOUR company just gave it to us 30' away. Again we don't allow them. I said great then keep your dinner also because we won't be eating here. For the record we both would of had the prime rib plus sides and deserts. And we would if purchased coffee with our dinner. I guess the $1 worth of Pepsi they didn't sell was more important than the $90 + we would of spent in dinner. When I called the manager I was told that's our policy. Maybe they need to post a sign or hire someone with some sense of customer service to politely explain the policy rather than barking orders at a customer. I will not return again ( this was not our first time here), plenty of other campgrounds, most less expensive, to stay at.
Decent random place to stop if you're needing a place to sleep for the night. Weirdly they are a dry casino/rv park and they aggressively monitor this as far as to ask you what youre drinking in your water bottles... it was water, but its also none of your business.
The Rv Park including bathrooms and showers were great, and the casino pool and hot tub were fantastic. The workers however were not so helpful. I was double charged when I checked in and the RV park counter lady was completely rude and dismissive and told me to go talk to a manager who wasn't there because it was a Saturday. All the the workers were very dismissive and generally unhappy and unhelpful. Which I guess if the local casino were taking all of my local populations money I wouldn't be happy either. The Friday Seafood Buffet was overpriced and had cheap fish filets and shrimp. There was no crab legs or anything that would warrant charging $35 per person. So stay here if you want but don't interact with the help or eat at the buffet.
It looks very nice and clean. RV spaces are very tight and very unlevel. At check in they are not very friendly. Didn't feel welcome at all. When they get the bill ready for me, they give total and say, you will need exact change. I didn't have the option of using my credit card. At 12:50 AM we are awaked by security to tell us we are not on their list. Do we have proof of our check in? Yes, go look on the dash of our truck, (where it says on the permit to put it) . So to say that we didn't get much sleep is an understatement.
The gate closes at night. So no one is able to get in, without checking in.
2 things could have been done differently. 1 check with casino, 2 check for parking permit on the dash, instead of pounding on the door. I have a little blind dog that was scared to death after all that noise, so it left me sitting up with him.
