I stayed at this campground waiting out a High Wind day before continuing my trip. This campground is great! I thought with the lower price it wouldn't be very nice but I was wrong. The gentleman who checked me in was really nice and helpful. The sites were level and enough space to not feel cramped. They were buddy sites. The bathroom was very clean and well lit. There was a nice hiking trail near a small lake. They also have a nice gift shop. I had good cell service and was able to use my mobile hotspot without any problems. (I didn't try the campground's wifi) I would stay here again if I am in the area.

Booked our reservation by phone.

Checked in before 5 on a Saturday night and office was closed. Nearly vacant park and we were assigned a site sandwiched next to a messy lived in site. The yelling and thumping and fighting all night when our slide outs were feet apart was awesome. 😡

The bathrooms spotless laundry extra clean. The views amazing. Maybe just do better when doing site assignments.

4 stars because our site assignment without staff around to request a change, otherwise a solid 5

We enjoyed a lovely shaded campsite with water and electric available. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restrooms were clean. There is a lovely dog park right across the road for the pup, and the location is minutes to town and Phil's World. There are some goat head plants to watch out for with bike tires.

This is THE place to stay - wonderful personal service, all the amenities you could think of. Had a game room for the family, great showers/laundry open all the time, and best of all, wide open spaces that felt like we had our own little corner of nature all to ourselves. Daniel the manager made us feel right at home and took care of every possible need; answered questions about the rest of our journey too. What a wonderful experience, not to be missed !
