An awesome campground with extremely friendly service. Great placed tucked away in nature! Very clean bathrooms and the campsites were great! I had to use the wifi at the campsite to make calls since Verizon does not work there, but the wifi signal was strong and I was able to work and use internet while there. I definitely recommend this campground to anyone that loves to camp.

My first time experience was awful! Our site’s electrical outlets were infested with ants. The bathrooms were filthy. And there is supposed to be quiet time around 9pm, however, we were next too a lot of underage people that were drinking and being very loud. We spoke to the owners about the problem and nothing was done to fix the issue. She said i was complaining about nothing and walked away. As a person of color, i felt like she definitely treated me differently than others. Would not come back again.

My wife and I love Shore Forest! It is a safe, family-friendly campground. The weekend activities are engaging for adults and children. They have a wonderful pool and hot tub area during the summer and beautiful fall foliage during late season. I can't recommend them enough!

We love this campground. Our home away from home. Friendly, clean, well kept campground. Pool, hot tub and kids love the wagon ride!

If I was able to give this place a 0 I would in a heartbeat. The owners have zero respect for the campers. The store is ran by teenagers and it was a hangout. My kids and I went to the pool and there was a 13 year old lifeguard. He TOLD my kids that they can not jump in the pool because the water is low (it really wasn’t) and about an hour later this “lifeguard” jumped in the pool in front of my kids. The porta john was so disgusting and ran out of toilet paper. Tried to contact the owners via ring doorbell but was ignored. So the porta john went 2 days without toilet paper, mind you I am with a group of 21 family members and we have a lot of kids who need to use the restroom. The one night we were hanging out and cooking food after hours and this guy walked into our tented area with 3 kids under the age if 8 and wouldn’t leave, he said he worked at the campsite. Come to find out that he did not work at the campsite he was just a camper there. This was my first time at this campsite and I recommend if you like to hang out and have an nice time stay far far far away from this place. And after all this happened the owners kicked us and and said they’ll give us a refund minus the reservation fee. Let’s see if they actually do it and keep there word.
