We are a Family Owned and Operated Recreational Facility. ATV's Golf Carts are permitted at $10.00 per unit. A sunsational Salt Water Swimming Pool and a Snack Bar / Restaurant on site. We are surrounded by State Game land located on over 1 / 2 mile along Penn's Creek The number 1 Trout Stream in Pa. For RV Campsites or Cabin Rentals.
Very pleasant campground. The owners are hard workers and very approachable. I have enormous respect for the time they put into this campground.
This camp ground is a wonderful place to go camping for the season or just a weekend getaway the owners are very friendly and easy to get along with.
Great late season stay at Sensational Family Campground! I went up to Penns Creek for an October fishing trip and Irene as very accommodating and I had a great time at the campground. Planning on going back with the family next year, thanks Irene!
Campers stay away from this campground. The owner is evil. She blamed me for something I had nothing to do with. She will find away to kick you out of the place. There been many of campers pulled out this season due to her. If your not in her little snitch group you are on her list. She sneaks around the campground at night to listen what people say about her. She knock on my door at 11 at night getting us out of bed for no reason at all. You go against the woke woman she will tell you it's her way or get out of she will boot you. I could go on and 7 giving you reason not to camp there if you choose to camp there just watch your back because you never know where one of her snitches are that will run to her and then booted. Plus it looks like a junk yard when you come into the campground. Cars old trailers and more than you can imagine. She evens booted people with no good reason. I could go on and on why not to camp there. I can't evens give it a fair review lol pos campground. This would be a great campground if it had different ownership. There were 25 to 30 campers pulled out because of the way she acted. And the way she treated the campers was not in a nice way. She is no business woman. Before you sign that contract read it carefully. You may be on her next hit list.
My husband and I paid a $200 security deposit last October of 2023 for a seasonal site IN 2024. In November my husband lost his vision in one eye and the other is iffy.... We made the decision this week to not follow through with camping as he's struggling to adjust. I contacted Miss Irene and after back and forth communication, she told me there were no refunds. If the campground opens in April, I would think that Feb was plenty early to fill our spot. She informed me that it's stated on her rules and regs NO REFUNDS.... WELL YES, IF YOU CAN DECIPHER IT!!!! NOT CLEAR AT ALL. AND I love by the notion, that there are exceptions in this world. We MB ever spent a night there. She owes us our deposit. We won't get it, I know. After reading the bad reviews, I feel it is a blessing in disguise!!!!!
