The Space:

Our cute Pocono Pines cabin is a dream come true for anyone looking for a private lake retreat. Pinewood Place is ideal for couples, families, or close groups of friends ___ and is close to all of the major attractions in the Poconos!

The cabin includes:

- Outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing!

- Two bedrooms, each outfitted with a queen-size bed (plus a loft with two single beds)

- Fully-stocked kitchen with all the major appliances, including dishwasher

- Spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling and large brick fireplace

- Screened-in porch, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine

- Smart TV in the living room, with Roku set up so you can easily sign-in to Netflix, Disney+, or any of your streaming services

- Hair dryer, iron, and full bathtub -- all the essentials for your home away from home

- Grill on the porch, and fire pit/picnic area to relax over a great meal

Beyond the cabin itself, Pinewood Place is part of Arrowhead Lake, one of the leading privately owned, gated communities in the scenic Pocono Mountains. As a guest, you'll have access to all of the amenities of Arrowhead, and can:

- Soak up the sun at one of FOUR private beaches around the lake (with playgrounds and fenced in swimming areas at each one)

- Rent canoes, kayaks, paddleboards or bikes (just steps from the cabin) and explore all 250+ acres of the lake -- there's great fishing too!

- Swim at your choice of THREE heated outdoor pools (in the summer), including two with areas specifically designed for babies and young kids

- Get your sweat on in the fitness center, with cardio and weight machines

- Have fun in the game room with pool tables, ping pong, air hokey, and dozens of board games (perfect for a rainy day)

We often take our two little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so both our cabin and the community is very family- and dog-friendly.

Important note: Arrowhead Lake Community Association requires guests to register and pay additional fees for your stay. Since the fee is different depending on the details of your stay, we___re not able to add a fixed amount to your initial booking for the registration. We'll confirm the fees and reach out to collect payment upon registration with the Community. Please be sure to pay this at least 3 business days before your stay; they're pretty strict about it and will deny entry to the community if the registration and payment are not completed at least 3 business days before your arrival. The fees will be $6/guests (age 6 and above). Beyond the per-person fees, the association also charges a $35 transaction fee + $20 per vehicle.

We know these fees are annoying and excessive, but unfortunately they're out of our hands. Please message us with any questions and we'd be more than happy to help!

In addition to the community amenities, you can drive a quick 20 mins to all of the main attractions in the Poconos, including:

- Kalahari Resort, the largest indoor waterpark in the area

- Choke Creek Falls & Hickory Run State Park for gorgeous views and great hiking trails (including the boulder field!)

- Jack Frost ski resort

- Stone Meadows & Pocono Manor Resort for 18 holes of golf

- Pocono Raceway for NASCAR racing and airshows
