Our family campground is currently under development, so pardon us for our appearance as we are opening more sites every few weeks! Our luxury cabin rentals are open and available year-round and we more than two dozen RV full-hookup sites are now open! Come and enjoy a get-a-way while enjoying our 54 acres, 10-acre lake, great fishing, and kayaking/paddle boating!
Camping Season: April 15 to October 31 - Note we may extend into November if warm - just call to check.

Large RVs/Trailers do not use exit 134 (Delano). Instead use exit 131A.
Note some GPS may take you to an incorrect location
(with difficult turn-around capabilities).
Our entrance is right off Route 54 across from the Brown Bag Gas Station
From Wilkes-Barre/Hazleton:
- Take 81 South to Exit 131A
- Merge onto Route 54 East toward Hometown
- Lakewood Park will be located 3 mi on your right
From Harrisburg:
- Take 81 North to Exit 131A
- Merge onto Route 54 East toward Hometown
- Lakewood Park will be located 3 mi on your right
From Philadelphia (Route 309):
- Take 309 North to Route 54 in Hometown
- Follow Route 54 West toward Barnesville
- Lakewood Park will be located 4 mi on your left

We LOVE Lakewood Park Campground. The Owners and Staff are Wonderful, always kind and helpful. It is so magical here, so much history. Large camp sites, great bathrooms! If we could give it 100 stars we would. Thanks for having us! Can't wait for our next visit.
Went for a quick, birthday trip and stayed in one of the small cabins. It was a perfect little trip! The cabin itself was very clean and neat. We opted for the linens to be provided and I'm so happy we did. Loved every second of this trip. Can't wait to go back!

We are in transit to Alabama from NH. Called for a 1 night stay. Alex was so friendly extremely professional. Provided us with alll we needed to know including directions. Once we arrived we found this young woman to be very welcoming. Our site is amazing. Roomy, clean & almost leveled. I highly recommend this great hideaway. Thank you Alex
We recently stayed at Lakewood Campground. What a fantastic RV resort! Clean, beautiful, with large sites. That said the best attribute of the resort are its people, both staff and seasonal residents! What wonderful people! Special mention to Major Joe and his jumper cables! Great people! Can’t wait to stay again next year!
