We stayed here in September 2022, were in the area for the FE Ford motor reunion at Beaver Springs racetrack. Gave it 4 stars as campsites were very close to one another. Mostly seasonal sites. Very quiet and wooded just what we like. Got to hear a seasonal camper down the road play his guitar and sing. Really enjoyed that! We asked the owners for a better campfire ring and they switched it out right away. Very nice owners. We’d stay there again.

They are not the friendlyst people. Their service and place sucks. The place needs lots of work but they don't know how to do it. You really want to stay away. There is no good activities, the roads are terrible, the electric is poor and the water is unfit to drink. It is like a hole in the woods.

This is the first campground that my husband said I should review. He gives it 5 stars because it is a bit remote, very quiet and friendly. He likes all the hiking trails that lead out of the campground. And it is on the side of a mountain with lots of trees and very shady. There are many seasonal and permanent campers who were welcoming to transients. Our site was not deep, but was more than enough for out 25' camper. There are not a lot of things for kids to do in the campground, just a small nice playground. But there is a whole mount of adventure as well as a nearby lake for fishing and boating. If it were just a little closer to our home we would get on the waiting list for a permanent site.

If you're looking for a quiet place, this is it. No golf carts or 4 wheelers allowed. Mostly older crowd. Not much to do for kids. Priced right. They do have programs, meals, and Sunday services. We love the peace and quiet!!

Wish we would of found this place sooner! Didn't know it existed until we found a house in the area & needed a place to stay with our motor home. It's tucked away in a wooded corner of beautiful Pa, it has a creek that runs thru it, plenty of walking areas, animal friendly, , & people extra friendly! The owners, Julie & Dennis are as nice , & laid back as a Sunday afternoon😊 The rates are unbeatable anywhere for full hookup, they have a seasonal rate also, had we found them before we bought a home , we would have done a seasonal rate here. It's quiet, even tho they have a large number of campers, it is very quiet , day & night, I stayed in 28A & can hear the creek at night when I had my windows open, very peaceful. If u haven't stayed there I highly recommend it,, it's like a community, more than a campground
