Great location with many wonderful people staying in the park. Clean and tidy. Much to do. But, if you are looking for somewhere you feel like a valued guest, this is not it. Management company is rude and inflexible. They only want your money. The rules seem to change with the mood. We will not go back.

I love this park and do you know why? Because you must be 55 or older. Dogs (and their barking) not allowed. And the managers actually enforce the rules. The park is clean. It's close to everything. It's quiet. The showers are clean. The park is well maintained. The residents are friendly. I drag my RV there for the winter and I love it. You can ride your bike to the beach. They have a very nice pool. I wish I could buy a place here.

This is a beautiful place with a great group of neighbors and an amazing pool and marina. If you need a place to hang your hat during the cold winter months, this is your place!

This is 1/3 campground 2/3rds permanent mobile homes and is sister location to Paradise Bay Estates. This is a very active community. There is a very nice large pool, a very busy and active shuffleboard, pickleball community which have inviting groups that will teach you the games. There is also a nice woodworking shop onsite and a fishing group with a good bit of fish stories. The park sits right on Sarasota Bay which is a great place to meet neighbors during the sunset. People are out walking, bike riding and golf carting all hours of the day.
