From North town limits: Go 1/2 mi S on US 101.
we love to stay by the marina, alot here has changed. the rate is double, and no ementies. no hook ups, no fire ring or pit, just a worthless barbeque fire box, its only purpose is to generate goverment funding. and now that ork rock is open to groups, we see the dune fest people having there own drag strip. the quiet and solitude that was once salmon harbor, is now just a speed way to noisie, inconsiderate people. and with the needed support for the fish once caught here in huge numbers has now dwindeled into a slim chance at catching fish day in and day out like it was for yrs. catching fish from june til late oct. no its if n when they show up, and will we still be here, after waiting weeks, even months, and even than the catch ratio is spotty at best
It's ok lots of longterm spaces are way to close. And sketchy as a homeless camp but better
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE OWNER WAS JUST ARRESTED FOR STICKING A GUN IN A TENANT'S FACE!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HE HAS THREATENED TO SHOOT SOMEONE. HE HAS ALSO THREATENED TENANTS THAT DISAGREED WITH HIM BY TELLING THEM HE WOULD BURN DOWN THEIR RV. BOB, THE OWNER, ALSO FAVORS YOUNG GIRLS. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT STAYING HERE!!!!!
Before Denise was caught stealing money, the place was ok. Since then, the owner, Bob, brought his family in to run it and it's gone downhill fast. Bob has threatened to fight several people and has threatened to shoot several people for not agreeing with him. He's over 90 years old and believes he can speak and act however he would like. He's a loud mouth and has zero respect for anyone. His nieces will lie and say whatever he tells them to say. It is loud all of the time, with music blasting. Kids go flying through the lot on motorized toys, making it dangerous for anyone to walk outside. They are not ADA compliant, and will do nothing about it. Although, I'm sure that will change after they answer the lawsuit for the same. If you are in a wheelchair, nothing that is promised with the lease is accessible. I lived there for almost 2 years not even being able to take a shower or use the laundry facilities after an above the knee amputation right after I moved in. Though asked several times to bring the park ADA compliant, I was told the loss of my leg wasn't their problem and they weren't worried about accessibility. Save you money and your sanity and steer clear of this place.
