27 ' RV with Slide out.
Very Comfortable, clean cozy features Queen Bed, dinette, sofa/bed. Well appointed kitchen.
View of the bay, dune access , beach access, Umpqua Light house all close by. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, fishing, crabbing.
We just spent 2 days for our anniversary in an RV. We had the best time. Such a beautiful park. We loved going down to the river with our chairs. The endless friendly bunnies. Our host JoAnna was the sweetest. Thank you & we are already planning our next trip!!
The room is lovely, the property is wonderful, the woman who runs it is a little bit overzealous, but overall a nice place. After posting the above review. The woman insisted on having a personal discussion about my review. She made me very uncomfortable. She also insists that the sign indicates that all visitors must register before entering the property. Here are a few photos of the view out of the RV window.
Stayed here over the summer- it was a wonderful experience. JoAnna and her family are lovely people. I miss them and the goats very much! Hoping to get back out there this summer. JoAnna, if you see this, the teaching job has been great. Thank you for everything. :)
Lovely clean and quiet. Wild life and farm life, a creek and natural beauty all around.

The lows:
the well water is iron rich
the rabbits chew things that are left out
The owners are Christian. Their faith is at the center of what they do. If you are challenged by that it might be difficult for you.
If not, I recommend it. But get a water filter.
