Heaven on earth! The riverfront is spectacular and particularly wonderful for kids, because near the boat ramp are lots of rocks with marine life (bullfrog tadpoles, fish, etc.) as well as little pools and shallow swimming areas. There are only 20 spots so you won't be crowded at all. In two days, we only saw one fishing boat and no one else anywhere along the river. It's very quiet, with shady trees, lots of picnic tables, full hook-ups, a dog bath, fenced dog run/play area, full bathrooms, and laundry. Everything was immaculate while we were there and really well ventilated, which is so nice to see during Covid. For those who need to connect to the outside world for work, you can get two bars of AT&T if you pick the sites closer to the boat ramp (lower numbers).

Attended a family reunion and was very impressed with EVERYTHING but never even made it to the dog park because there were so many other things to see. It is obvious that the owners take pride in the park and are very generous in providing everything you need for a pleasant stay, and they are just as accommodating for our furbabies!! Hope to go back again sometime.

We have stayed here atleast twice in the last several years. I loved the scenic area and our space was clean and ample. The owners were kind, helpful and very welcoming. I remember coming in very late at night and they offered to help us find our site. So kind. I do t have photos to add right now, but I took some wonderful pics. I came back to review this site because I want more small business owners like this to have a chance against big businesses and persons who might leave petty reviews. Our experience was nothing but wonderful! (And I speak for two rented spaces — an airstream and a registered antique Terry trailer, four older adults over 50 and four young adults between the ages of 16 & 24! Our dogs wound also give you a five star review, as they truly enjoyed your dog run and the open spaces, as well:)

Please don’t change your space or your practices. We are very grateful to have experienced your land. I hope we can book again and visit very soon.

This is a wonderful scenic campsite; tranquil & secluded with many unique features. We were very fortunate Wayne and his son ( Dewayne? ) allowed us to spend a night there while waiting to get the Keys to our new home down the Umpqua a bit.

My six month old adventure Kitten "Cheeto" loved bounding through the tall grass chasing bugs. He picked up the scent of a girl kitty I believe, and started rubbing his nose into the earth and rolling around in some kind of strange kitty extacy.

The river views are fantastic, and the "Porch" was such relaxing spot for us to chill on I was able to leave Cheeto leashed to a post while I walked back 100 yards to camp to get the camera & laptop to work on some photos. I had never done that before, and was pleased to see him waiting at the steps of the Porch rather than hiding in fear underneath them when I returned. He is a very skiddish rescue kitty, but was very comfortable at the Umpqua Riverfront RV Park.

I hope the Park has many successful years under Wayne's ownership, and thousands of people will have great camping experiences.

This review will help me remember one of the best camping experiences we have ever had for a long time.

Thanks,

Andy & Cheeto

Best RV park around! The owners are exceptional at what they do and the service they provide to their guests. Nestled on the Umpqua it is the perfect getaway from the hustle bustle for the family or a romantic weekend. A boat ramp let’s customers access the river at decent cost. Great fishing and swimming! If you’re looking for a nice place to camp in a quiet friendly environment I recommend checking this park out.
