Cabins rentals are reasonable in price, although I suggest you bring your own toilet paper ( unless you enjoy really cheap rough T.P.) and towels ( see toilet paper remarks) and some of them were not very clean looking. It was comparable to a small town motel with a larger fridge and a small stove.
Love this place. Clean inexpensive the best workers ever. This is my #1 choice to stay ever summer at Toledo bend. I've been coming her for 25 years.
We stayed in one of the large cabins while we there to fish a bass tournament. My first impression when i walked in was the smell. I understand its a cabin but it doesn't have to smell musty. We were told the cabin had two queen size beds. It did not. It had one queen size bed that made all kinds of racket when you moved in it. Sounded like it was going to fall apart and the mattress was very uncomfortable. It had a pull out couch which i guess is what they are calling the other queen size bed which had like a 3'' thick mattress on it. It had a nasty looking table for a dinning table in it. This cabin was $115.00 a night. For that amount of money i have since been told there are a lot nicer places to stay at on this lake. The nicest thing about the cabin was the outside of it. Looks here are very deceiving. I don't recommend staying here.
Most of these reviews are from 5 years ago, these cabins have definitely been upgraded! I was a bit worried based on the past reviews but me and my kiddos were more than pleasantly surprised! The cabins are very nice, the swimming spot is great! Everything is well kept and updated. Definitely coming again.
Beautiful area, but the cabins have no amenities. Not even a hook for a towel.
