The resort was fine but there's several things that need repairs, like the broken fence in the dog park. I brought it to managements attention several times in three weeks to please repair this issue, and it fell on deaf ears. The management said that they would have to get authorization from corporate before the repairs could be done. "Seriously" it's a fence. A few screws and it's done, but no, have to get corporates authorization first.

When we were using the indoor pool, we couldn't smell any chlorine at all. Also, the pools need repairs and painting badly.

Great place could be a little more up kept but all and pretty good.

Staff and regulars have conflicts and it did mess with the atmosphere of the place. Would suggest some new upper management as she led the attitude club . They didn't not give us an issue it was just felt and heard all around you while trying to relax.

The older card players sat at the tables closest to the games the kids wanted to play so the ping pong ball would hit them I would suggest they sit away from the games as there is plenty of room for all to have fun.

Well, come to find out that it’s a members only RV park. I tried to call 5-6 times to make a reservation in advance with no response.

I left voice messages for 3 days with no replies. I checked their website for reservations and of course no online reservation capabilities. Why wouldn’t they just put a “member only message” directly on their website ? Upon arrival I also said I will join. How much is the membership fee? The response was to call the corporate office in the morning to join and become a member.

The only good thing that happened with this experience was that I was at least permitted to drive thru the RV park to turn around my 40’ Class A with a tow.

During my turnaround experience, I viewed at least 15-20 empty spots on a Sunday non-holiday night. Beside their incompetence on communication, it’s not worth any membership fees whatsoever! Good luck with your horrible business model sending away a cash customer while having plenty of open spaces.

This RV resort is in the bayou. If you are not expecting it, it does come as a surprise and everything is wet. Another thing too, if you park towards the back and it has heavily rained there is a generator to pump water.
