$40 for a one night stay. Only spoke with staff on phone, friendly, accommodating. Road noise from I-10, to be expected. No fenced dog area. Some trash piled up way in the back near (what appear to be) FEMA trailers. Encountered no one personally during our stay, but folks waved from their cars, were quiet, seemed nice enough. Would stay again for a stopover.
THIS IS NOT AN RV PARK!!!
This is a small shanty town disguised as an RV park. The mosquitos and ants are absolutely terrible. The woman who runs the park is never available or on-site, instead you must speak to a random lady who lives in the park when you need something. Also, said random woman is usually drunk and does not know basic social ques. They advertise WiFi and laundry onsite, however you must pay separately for the WiFi and the dryers don’t dry your clothes. They have rules that all dogs must be on a leash, but let the drunk woman’s dogs (or someone else who lives there, I never could figure it out) out off the leash to poop directly in front of your door. Then when you think your stay can’t get any worse, they will run over your water hose with a lawnmower, not tell you they did so, will not replace the hose, and claim it was your fault the mower ran over the hose. And they will be extremely rude in the process. Goodluck to you if you decide to stay here. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.
Floods literally 1-2 feet, no parking & ants are horrible!!! Water pressure isn't that great & no wifi
Large park was mostly empty. Good sized sites was able to pull through. Overall not impressed. Don't go unless you're 100% self contained. Laundry was 24hrs, but bath and showers are office hours only. Convenience store was shut down, but the menu was still on the website, etc. Won't be back.
