Careless, unprofessional and NASTY would be a good description. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews. If you’d like to have a German roach infestation and NOT get your money back for a months booked stay when you were unaware they were infested with roaches, this is the place to go! They don’t disclose it online or over the phone but 5 foot up in a corner from where the receptionist sits to check you in or out is a sign that states NO REFUNDS. All the red flags you could ever need. The second room offered was actually the ONLY other option and they couldn’t guarantee it didn’t have roaches along with it wasn’t cleaned because no one was expected to be checking into it. So you gained a leg up off of people not having any other option from being exhausted and arriving late to get some rest. Humans are not robots! We require sleep! If your going to be a place of business to offer said place for people to sleep, the least you can do is have a clean place! Especially if your going to insist on “NO REFUNDS” knowing most people aren’t going to want to sleep in a nasty environment, but they don’t get to see the environment until after check in!

Sites are nice, but we couldn't hook up to sewer due to how poorly designed our sewer spot was. (Your sewer pipe was to deep into the cement for pieces to seal) Others were better. When we mentioned this at the office, you said go buy adapter, but you could have offered us the option to move to one of the many open sites, and we couldn't find an adapter in Amite. Your flyer has 26 bullets of rules, but doesn't say office hours. It does say pool open during office hours,,, which are when? Maybe put on as 27th bullet. Over a month ago someone suggested you provide more hooks and a bench in the shower stalls. Still not done. Sure would help if you did it as we would have liked them also.

New to RVing and was passing through. I asked if they had water fill ups and how much she said that was an odd question and pretended like she needed to ask someone else. The answer was yes or no. I also notice this campgrounds what to try and bully you into staying on them. Just more money. Yeah a RV is meant to be moved so you don't have to be trapped dealing with people.

After discovering a flat tire late on a Friday we called the campground. Their after hours host took our call, assigned a spot, and notified the onsite host of our arrival. He was there to meet us when we pulled in the spot. In the morning he took our payment info before we left the campground. Everything including the bath house was clean! Beautiful, well kept grounds. Highly recommend!
