We stayed 3 nights at the Holly Beach RV Resort and we were the only one here. The park is a large concrete slab in the middle of the Holly Beach community. It has 6-8 back-in, full hook-up sites that can fit any big rig. The beach on the Gulf of Mexico is a very short walk away. Our stay was very quiet and enjoyable. There is free camping on the beach should you want to boondock on the beach. We saw very few locals due to the time of year. All of our hooks-up worked perfectly. The sites are all 50 amp so bring a 30 to 50 amp adapter. I recommend this RV park highly and would stay here again. There is no shower or bath house or laundry. Overall we really loved this place.
We really loved this place, it’s just far enough away from things it’s quite, and just close enough to make going places easy!!! Be sure to get a pass for the toll road it’s worth it!!! They have a super cute dog park and our babies LOVED IT! If I had to change one thing it would be to have lights at the dog park but that’s just me! And if that’s my only thing then they are dang sure doing somin right!!!
This is not your usual rv park. You basically pull up to a concrete pad and have hookups. That's what you get. No table, no fire pit, no pool, no shade, no camp shop. Nothing. Bring everything. But what you do get is an amazing beach with no crowds and amazing shells and sunsets. It's quite, its unique. It's a place to park and hookup. Do it and enjoy the wide open beach. 1 star off for not having a trash can...😅
We loved our stay here. It’s no frills; just plug in , hook up water and sewer and walk 3 blocks to the beach. The beach is full of shells and sea glass, very few people. My husband always carried bags to pick up trash. That was a negative for the beach. No trash disposal at the RV park either. You drive a short distance to the area dump. It was safe with friendly people and if you are looking for a quiet get away, this is it!
