Had to take my RV in to get 25 different issues fixed on a brand new camper. When the service center "fixed" these issues, they put the camper back together as quickly as possible and ended up causes more cosmetic damages than what were originally there. Boards are loose, not screwed back in, flooring peeled up, trim cut and stripped. There was no care or concern with making the unit look nice. They simply work as quickly as possible without a care as to how well they put things back together. Extremely disappointed considering they had my unit for 6 months doing the repairs.

The 10-year warranty on the roof is a scam unless you take picture or have receipts of you resealing the roof every 60 to 90 days.

I originally was using a travel trailer then upgraded to a 5th wheel but kept my travel trailer. Between moving both campers around the lot, getting them cleaned, getting the travel trailer repaired Taylor at Camper RV Center is a very professional person to deal with as well as all employees there but I mostly talk to her. I deal with vendors from different states to different countries so to me a way a person communicates regarding status of repairs, parts, etc. and also carries themselves is a make or break deal for me but all the employees especially Taylor are very professional and are trustworthy with your everyday needs. They have all my business while I am in Shreveport and I recommend everyone to go there.

Do yourself a favor, don’t buy here! Service after the sale is pathetic at best. I was told to bring in my camper early and they’d try to work it in(October with appointment in December). Thinking I would be back in my camper in a respective time, I deferred having the winterizing done($199). The repair dragged on because they said they could not get parts(computer module for refrigerator). When they finally called to tell me it was ready, it was 6 months later and now had damages(busted filter housing, bathroom faucet) due to freezing. Keep in mind that they had repaired the water leaks(November)so one would assume that the water system had been refilled and pressure tested which left the rv water system with water in the lines. That’s where it got really bad. They said it was my fault, because I ‘PASSED’ on the winterizing, all the damage cost were mine. Because I complained, they no longer wanted my business and said “come get my camper -or storage fees would soon be incurred”. After personal inspection, I found leaks on replaced freeze damaged repairs and poorly installed hose clamps(which they wanted me to pay additionally for repair)and that I would be responsible to pay for parts and labor($450). Wet rags left inside cabinet touching cabinet woodwork, tools and parts pieces in floor and batteries drained. Six months later,(camper now 1 year old) after bringing them my camper, I was told that my warranty expired and no other problems would be covered. If that’s the kind of ‘service after the sell’ that you would prefer, be my guest, but you are warned. After many requests to have a phone call from the owner, I never got that call and have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. (They didn’t like my comments on their Facebook page so I was blocked) SHYSTERS. Look it up

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE. Service desk was great, friendly. Took our Motor Home in for an inspection/repair because we were planning a trip to North Dakota and didn't want any surprises. They found plumbing leaks and sealed the roof. I turned on the fresh water pump heard a pop and water started spraying everywhere under the sink. The hose clamp was to small, the fitting that was clamped isn't a barbed fitting so the clamp wasn't going to hold even if it was the right size. I was told to bring it back Monday but im halfway to North Dakota looking for a parts store to fix it myself. This is what $2500 in repairs gets

Had an issue with my camper while traveling through the area. They helped me even though they were booked. Very nice staff and very interested in us getting the help. I might be willing to travel back to them when I buy my next camper. Keep up the excellent work!
