April 2022 I bought a brand new Springdale camper from RV station in Colbert Oklahoma after finishing the paperwork come to pick my camper up and they decided to let me know that they had already told that went and switched out all my financial paperwork did not include the tax title and license Still have not fixed that I had to take my camper in for service over six months later I get my camper back and it is not completed when I delivered my camper. It was in perfect condition clean now it is filthy covered in dirt filled with grass and dirt on the inside, the employees have done nothing but continuously lie to me about what they’re doing or where we are going to get the repairs finished appropriately. Had to bring this to the general managers, the regional managers and the service center attention if this is how we continually do business I don’t see how RV station in Colbert Oklahoma is still in business I’ve requested for their attorney information and they have denied that multiple times Chris McAllister the manager there is absolutely not a right fit. The service manager is not a right fit. The lady told me my camper needs to be fired. Absolute and total disregard for customer service for the product they sell.

100% Customer-focused RV Dealership. I just got a Puma 28BHSS for my family of 5, and we're super excited to make memories when we take it out to some of our favorite parks. The staff at RV Station are truly amazing. They treat you like family and they know their RVs! Most dealerships would just hook up a trailer for you and send you out on the road but they spent hours with me, going over every single button, switch, valve, door, and knob to make sure I knew what everything did, where everything was, and how to operate it. I felt like I went to RV school today and as a first time RVer, I'm absolutely confident I got more great information today from RV Station than I'd have gotten anywhere else. Their service department is huge and I like knowing that if anything does go wrong in the future, they can take care of it right here where I got it. If you're in the market for a new RV, I highly recommend shopping here first. You really couldn't go wrong with a single RV on their lot. They only carry the top brands and it seems that the ones they get are definitely upgraded models with more options. I'm thrilled with the customer service, quality of the product and how much attention to detail they gave my RV to make sure it was inspected, fully functioning and ready to hit the road.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! ( NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION OF THE RV SALES/SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! )The park “manager” (WANDA) is a terrible person. She runs everyone off. The trash doesn’t get emptied. The WiFi doesn’t work. If it’s included in the price, and doesn’t work, shouldn’t that be excluded off the rent??? We were kicked out because our dog barked ONE DAY three weeks prior to eviction but it was a reason on the notice. If it was such an issue why were we not kicked out then???!?!? Also, simple deck or Christmas lights are apparently frowned upon in the “resort” we were told to take them down as we immediately did with respect and without delay. We were also told we couldnt park where we were parking. Ok that’s understandable as she thought we were parking over the lateral lines which we weren’t. It became such an issue I had to contact Walt ( He’s the “ GM “ ) to try and let him know about all the harassment that was going on with WANDA. He sorry and thanks but very clearly didn’t care about her making up rules and kicking us out for no reason. I then contacted the owner Mr. Canon. Seemed to be a level headed man. I proceeded to tell him the petty issues that were taking place and at the time he seemed to genuinely cared and I’ll tell why in a sec. I told him we were being kicked out for the reasons that were quickly and respectfully resolved in a timely manner. Upon Wanda BEATING on my door and giving me the absolutely uncalled for eviction notice with old violations that had all been resolved, I DID cuss her out and AM wrong for that. Mr. Canon and I talked, He asked me what happened. I told him I did cuss her and I admitted that it was wrong. He asked me if I would swallow my pride and apologize. I told Mr. Canon that I would be willing however due to her making up rules on the go ( after given a list of them) and being petty, I simply felt she would have it out for us for whatever reason. I went in with Mr. Canon, The Owner, and I did apologize. He asked her if she was willing to forgive and move forward and she immediately said no I’m not going to do that I want them gone. I immediately said it’s ok Mr. Canon. It’s simply not going to work. We will just be on our way. He shook my hand and told me he was sorry it couldn’t work out after he watched his “manager” Wanda, tell the customer who finally got tired of her harassment and petty made up rules leading to the eviction cussed her and then apologize, tell me she WAS NOT GOING TO FORIVE AND MOVE ON IN FRONT OF HIM. I go back to the RV, called my girl and said Wanda does not want to make amends and we are leaving. 45 minutes later. Mr. Canon came a knocking on the door. And wouldn’t you believe, He said, And I quote “ I just don’t think you guys should have to leave “ Now if you went back over there to the office, and talked to other people near me. And they said they had absolutely ZERO problems with us. No noise. No complaints. No dog barking. NOTHING. Then come back and tell me to stay, somewhere inside he must have seen through the unnecessarily drama. Fast forward a few weeks after she was told to not speak with us anymore which she did all weekend about parking after I even sent Mr. Canon pics of where he said I COULD PARK WERE I WAS because I marked it off with markers to avoid Wandas pettiness, she LIED to him and told him I went right back to parking in the same spot. I noticed for 3 weeks the trash was not FULLY getting emptied. This was causing standing water and attracting flies and mosquitoes. I calmly and kindly requested for them to please empty it via phone call to someone because Wanda was “out of the office” they said they would but never did and lied and said I cussed her after saying I wasn’t going to argue. Now we are being kicked out. She never answers the phone because she’s “out in the park” which really means she is sitting around smoking cigarettes. We have had problems since day one with her. Also the cable box didn’t work so we had to run a long one way away. She said she was going to fix it Bathrooms have mold. DONT DO IT.

We purchased the Outback RV in June 2021. Once we arrived at the location in Tyler Texas and set the RV up we found the AC in the front of the RV was not cooling. We contacted the RV station multiple times and they came out and tried to repair the AC, but the compressor of the RV had never been bolted down in the unit. RV Station replaced the unit with another unit it did not work and we tried to get it repaired or a warranty unit installed. After nearly two years we contacted an RV repair shop which was suggested by RV Station and they came out a month ago and ordered a warranty AC unit and replaced the 2nd defective one. We have had multiple issues with the RV, refrigerator was not working and freezing inside the refrigerator and RV station came out multiple times and finally put new seals and this still isn't working. The paneling started falling off the wall, the bolts on the recliners broke and those had to be repaired, the carbon monoxide detector does not work properly, the fire department had to come out and evacuate our daughter for a full day. The washer and dryer we purchased were not installed properly and the RV Station in Tyler came out after multiple times and reinstalled the correct legs, etc on the washer and dryer. Even though the warranty AC was installed the RV in the front of the unit is still not cooling. During the heat of the day it gets to being 80-90 degrees. Receptacles were left uncovered, blind above the kitchen stove was broken. The shower head is broken and was not repaired. They advised we replace with a new shower head. We were even told by the maint. depart. "They asked did you purchase this RV during Covid. We said yes, the maint. dept. proceeded to tell us the RV was thrown together by Keystone RV because it was going to be shut down and they would not be able to sell the unit after, so they threw the together as you can see is terrible. For a brand new RV we had had to replace mult times. We paid for these issues either to get these repaired or pay for maintenance to come out and repair. After multiple visits from the maint at the RV Station and paying for those visits the AC was never repaired by them. The other items were finally addressed and repaired. As for the refrigerator it has yet to be repaired properly. We will have to purchase a refrigerator ourselves. Be sure when you purchase an RV to do your research on value to pricing. It doesn't always benefit to go with the lowest price. We just happened to purchase from this RV company because we needed to get our daughter moved for university.
