From jct US 69 & US 69A Bus: Go 1/2 mi N on US 69A Bus, then 3 mi E on Hwy 9, then 500 feet S on Hwy 9A.
12/15/21 First we were charged $85 for the room (off season). Then we get to the room (only one left) and both beds looked to have been laid on. I pulled the covers up and and it had stains and was nasty between mattresses. The room reeked of stale smoke. The beside table sides hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Baseboards were nasty with gunk all over them. People look to be Living there (not my business) but all the junk piled on sidewalk makes the place look bad plus it causes a fall/trip Hazzard. Got a refund and won't be back!
My husband is working out there and I went to spend the night with him.
Beds are harder than idk what, I myself have to have a pretty firm bed but for it to feel like we slept on a pile of rocks.
We both would have had a better night sleep just sleeping in my car.
Never again will I go back to stay the night with him if his job puts them up there again!
If planning to go to this place stay away from room 210
On 12/15/2021 we stopped to get a room. We were charged $85 and walked into a room with double beds (only room that was left). Both beds looked as though they had been laid on. So I pulled up the bedding and there was dirt and leaves between the mattress and box springs on both beds! The night stand hadn't been cleaned in forever. The baseboards had bugs and nasty sticky looking stuff. Needles to say got our money back and left! Front desk was nice and seemed surprised. But we will not be back. $85 in an off season was outrageous to start with. Looks as though people are living there (which is not my business) but junk gathered on sidewalks is an eye sore plus a Hazzard! I have photos! Trying to figure out how to upload them
The rooms are clean, good hot showers and wifi.
Oh, you gotta give Ms. Ruth a hard time if you stay.
She's such a wonderful lady.
She'll do anything to make your stay comfortable and hassle free.
We will never come back to this place.
Ever since the new owners took over and Ruth is gone this place has gone downhill!!!
We stayed in the rv park and our neighbor had his rv broke into and belongings taken on more than one occasion.
We had a problem with our electric breaker and had to argue with them to get it fixed.
The place is looking run down and weedy. It just seems like the new owners don’t have good business sense!!!
