Cherry hills has always been fantastic to my group! The ladies in the office are always extremely nice and treat us with love. We have now stayed here 4 or 5 times over the last 4 years and this is the only place we call when we come back.

The sites are huge compared to any other places we have been. The wide roads and large spaces make banking in the rigs super easy. Trash pickup 2 times a week and it is quiet, the pool, bathhouse and laundry room are always very neat.

I would recommend Cherry hills to anybody. Thank you for your accommodations!

Mike

We have been in this park almost three months. The management team just switched last month and boy, has it been a ride. They still do not mow the grass consistently. You are lucky if you get it mowed every three to four weeks. (It is included in the rent and people still mow their own or provide their own services for it.) Also, the pool hours changed. It is now opened Tuesday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. That gives the working class people no time to enjoy the pool. It use to stay open until 8:30 p.m. because there was live on site crew members. The new "secretary" is rude and aggressive. The crew members are lazy and disorganized. We will be moving after this month and I also hear a lot of people looking to move as well. Get ready to pay $700 and have little to no service or no pool. I would not suggest living here. They are trying to be very strict as well.

The team in the office has been great to work with. They are friendly and familiar people. I was running late every time I needed them and even as they were locking up for the day they met me with the same kindness as always. Nice property improvements actively happening, convenient location, very clean public areas. If the billing options were more flexible I would give 5 stars but, with that, the fees are transparent so no harm done. Just review your options if you plan to stay a while as you would at any other property to assure you are getting the best rate possible.

Been here for 2 and half years, the staff before were great and the staff now is even better. Cherryhill has made my family and I living in a home a very great place for us. Just waiting on getting our codes for the gates. Prices for washer and dryer is great. A little humid in the laundry room but it is overall a great place.

Don’t move here. Period.

Owners don’t care, expect for rent money.

Instead of just renting lots and allowing people to own their homes they’ve switched to a rent the lot and lease the house in one. That was last year, this year empty houses are costing more than empty lots and the landlord is subsequently putting that expense on existing and new tenants.

My lots rent has increased almost $200 in 2 years. Before considering any raises before 2021. Before paying our second months rent, we were notified rent was increasing $60. They tired to disguise $20 as services rendered, in reality they just no longer include them in the rental rate. We signed our lease Oct 31, we received notice of rental increase right after thanksgiving.

One of the services we now pay for separately is trash. And it’s the cheapest provider, with no recycling like the standard for Tulsa. At least it runs twice a week, a necessary routine to remove excessive garbage. However they don’t empty your bins completely, so you might have a stray knock it over after the trash runs and smear the Taco Bell they left in the bottom of the can across the driveway.

Then there’s driveway etiquette, or lack thereof. It’s a private community so it’s unlikely proper justice for jay-parking will ever occur. What can I say, half of large truck drivers either don’t know or don’t care to park reasonably and respectfully.

Security gates don’t work, and it seems they’re going to charge us per month per head to use the only entrance. On top of the rent. Just rent a real house. Renting here is dumb, and it’s getting dumber to own and pay this much for a lot.
