Love the place and the workers..But the ribs were bad..They put so much pepper on them my daughter took one bite and said she was done. They were hot..Decent flavor but hot in a bad way. More pepper doesn’t make ribs better…The brisket however was good!
Extremely friendly and the BBQ smelled awesome. One of the guys carried my ice to the car because I had my 2 year old in my arms.
I’m from Nowata so after all these years, I talked my honey into going to where I came from on our anniversary during the Scamdemic-since Oklahoma is a free state- 👍. So for lunch on our anniversary day, we stopped in Winganon for lunch & it was great !! Not to mention the awesome views all around.
It's worth the trip to this out of the way gem. Tasty pulled pork BBQ, best ever chicken sandwich and breakfast Cresent egg cheese sausage sandwich. All served all day. Don't forget to see the UFO crashed west of there.
