Great little park. Friendly and talkative neighbors, and Hank the owner has a big heart despite his health issues. He bought a grill for us to use the first month we were there. The WiFi worked for our entire stay (Dec 2021-May 2022). The laundry machines are a little worn down, but worked for us. That side of town is a little rough, but the RV park is in a good neighborhood. We really enjoyed watching all the flowers bloom in May. We'd happily stay here again if in the area.
New plumbing, & water lines. On sight laundry is a huge plus. New ownership is leveling this place up. Great addition to the Tulsa Metro Area.
Not a BAD place, per se, but what we found upon our arrival wasn't what we were expecting. The place was packed like sardines. We couldn't see the lush landscape. We were offered no discount due to there being no power for several days. If they tell you that a refund will be offered, don't count on them following through. They won't respond to emails or calls after the word "refund" is mentioned. Would I stay there again? No.
This place charges more if you have kids. I get charging more for extra adults but for kids come on. There is a park 10 mins away 100$ cheaper a week and they don’t charge more for having kids. Go there. Will not stay somewhere charging more for kids that’s just ridiculous.
