From jct I-35 W & US Hwy 67: Go 6-1/2 mi W on US 67, then continue 1/4 mi W on Bus Hwy 67 (Cleburne exit), immeditely turn left after leaving bridge into park.
Great location. Good prices on lot rentals. Clean showers and nice little onsite laundry sites. The roads inside are a bit narrow, if you have issues pulling your trailer may want to ask for either a pull through space or one of the sites furthest from the front.
Loud at night somebody came at night with a trailer drop their gate and filled their dumpster. the police was there,not the experience I expected
The RV ranch was a great place to stay very clean well kept paved roads easy in and out space I had a large motorhome pull through was nice the showers and laundry room were great immaculately clean the staff was friendly Price was a great just a great place to stay I highly recommend it !!
This is an RV Park that has an adults only section, which is where we stayed. We were there for two nights in a pull-through for a rest stop while traveling a long distance. The sites are well laid out. They would be a bit small if you were staying for an extended time. Paved roads are wide enough to easily get in and out of sites. Great bathrooms, showers and laundry facility. Washers and dryers take cards, so no quarters necessary. Staff was very helpful. Grounds are very neatly kept. We stayed in a 40' 5th wheel.
Right off the highway. Ashley was wonderful, accommodating us so we could park in this oak tree paradise. Exceptional service from Ashley!
