2 mile west of 820 on STH 199
rented 2 kayaks. owners are very nice and accommodating. great price. it was my first time kayaking and I loved it. I will absolutely be a return customer as often as I can!
Jeff the owner is a great guy and very understanding. Lived in the park a good little stay until they updated the park and wouldn't allow older RV's like mine to keep up a good image. Good business move on his part. People there were nice and just typical RV park for the most part.
My dad lives here. The price is good, and its all bills paid... otherwise not really anything to sing about. In the winter they dont have the water line insulated well, so it freezes quite often or they just turn off everyone's water (without telling the renters) to keep it from freezing. They also raise the price if my dad has anyone stay in his rv(that he owns) more than a couple of days.
I've lived here for a month now and I will admit it's not perfect but I truly like living here. It's quiet and the location is wonderful. It has many qualities that are a pleasant surprise. Everyone that owns and operates the park has been friendly and pleasant. I do recommend this park for anyone looking for a very affordable place to do RV living.
