Great location for Sherman with great people to take care of your needs. We do a Bluegrass reunion each November there and they allow us to use the community room for jamming.

But I hope next time they will tell clearly to the guest that the electric is not included, just like us in the second month we pay,we pay almost same bill of our physical house Elec-bill,

Been trying to get a hold of this rv park for over a week and have left voicemails and sent emails as this park is the most convenient for me. I am moving to Sherman almost two hours away and would like to have this situated before I get to location. It’s disappointing to have something like this be the reason you are held back from plans.

There is construction all over their area and exit and entrance ramps are randomly closed. They should inform their incoming guests of the proper and easiest way to get to their campground. I went in circles for 45 minutes towing my 35ft 5th wheel trying to find entrance and exit ramps. I mentioned it to the clerk in which she said their campgrounds are 3/4 full of construction workers who will be doing road construction in their area for 5 years . Very nice people but they need to help avoid construction woes for incoming campers.

We have stayed here 4 times. It's the only RV camping in town that we have found. It's a typical, in town rv park with full hookups. Wifi is so-so. Shower facilities are average. There is really no complaints. Does seem to have quite a few long term rv's but it's a quiet place and seems safe. BEWARE: lots of construction happening on Hwy 75, so GPS exits, at the time of this review, are not correct.
