The Dry Campers

The owners are awesome! The park is a pretty nice stay! For such a small park, it has all of the amenities necessary. Very close to the interstate, which is great for quick access, and the traffic noise isn't terrible. The sites are full hookups and pretty level. WiFi is good and laundry is reasonably priced! We will definitely come back! Thanks Ken & Cindy!

We stopped here for a night after surviving the traffic of Dallas. It was a great stop right off I20...easy in and out! The owners were friendly and helpful. The park was clean, well maintained, clean bathrooms, good wifi and a pull through space.

They honored our Passport America which made it a great value too!

This park was great. It was clean and offered great amenities for such a small park. We have family in the area and will continue to stay here while in town. As others mentioned, the park is right by the freeway, but the road noise was not too bad.

Update 5-21-22: We stayed here again over the weekend and the staff and park were just as great as the first time. We will continue to stay here every time we are in the area.

I really liked the location of this park. And it's really upscale looking, but it took 8 days to get a call back from the office.

I actually arrived at this park by mistake late at night, I was supposed to go 30 minutes up the road to a neighboring town. I dropped the trailer and fully settled into “my spot” when this super nice polite lady came over and informed me I was in the wrong spot. I was so upset and exhausted from the drive. Expecting to relocate my entire camp and family at 11pm she allowed me to stay and honored the PA discount as well. This is park cactus rose is fantastic- SUPER CLEAN, polite staff, beautiful decorations, warm & clean pool, beautiful club house, spotless bathrooms and showers, and they even sell fresh chicken eggs! What a beautiful texas southern hospitality experience. Couldn’t be happier. Wish I could go back and stay longer! 5 stars!
