Fairly quiet. Restrooms in need of a new building that can serve as a shelter in place in case of bad weather.

I am a full time resident at the Diamond B. The park is quiet, peaceful, close to town, close to the lake. The owner is installing a Gated Security Fence, the electric has all been upgraded. We now offer 50 amp, 30 amp and 2 110v outlets at every site. Rent is very reasonable, we furnish Water, Electricity, Septic hook up, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Laundry and Bath House.

We invite retiree's who are looking for a year round favorite place to be, please come and check us out.

I have never in my 69 years felt so welcome and wanted. These people are beyond awsome. The park mgr, Dennis, has gone way out of his way to help me get settled here. This place is very clean and quiet extremely pet friendly. It is filled with honest upright older people. Dennis has also made it a very safe and secure place to live. No drug labs, no loud blaring nasty music, no screaming and fighting either.

The perfect place to live.
