Lot number 8 parked in the mud, /OK does anyone else know about cold and heat "Bata test " with no devices on/
Great prices, great amenities and awesome family owned park. Helpful anytime we needed it, and watched out for all of us during Snowmageddon 2021.
This is a nice clean, quiet park. Straight shot down Highway 380 a few miles off of interstate Highway 35. Easy peasy.
It'll be much better when the trees grow bigger. Plenty of space to park your RV and not on top of each other either. Family-run. They are a really nice family, friendly, very down to earth and accommodating. I will definitely come back to this campground every time I'm in the area. The entrance to the park has an area where they sell sheds & rent uhauls. The big brown building near the trailers is the office to the RV park.

I can say, if you like a eerie quiet camp site, to stay long term, where no crime, partying, noise, and everyone is very well kept, and quiet.. this is a good park.
Few reviews complain about the owner being strict....
He is strict to his rules but is with everyone. If you ask permission to do something, often times he would give it. But expect you to be squared away when you say you are.
If you plan to come and disregard his rules or disrespect his speed limit he is like a eagle eye, and even at 2am is his own security. And lives on site.
He now employs a new Manager that now handles the park for the most part. Is a great, reasonable nice guy.
Great park for what it is, has laundry, dog parks, mail service for you if you stay long.
Affordable and also far enough out of the city to enjoy some quiet and road noise is almost non existent.
Enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very kind .
We we set to arrive after the time they closed and they were willing to wait for us to check us in. Upon arrival to our site and setting up, one of the breakers on the pedestal didnt work and they came out immediately . They fixed it on the spot and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay problem free. Not noisy at all very quiet. Will be staying here again in the near future.
