This place was so cute and cozy. It’s a small camp ground but has accessible bathrooms & showers if needed. We only stayed 1 night wish would could’ve stayed longer it was great! Owners were very hospitable and wonderful! So quiet and peaceful. Has quiet hours which is super nice for families & other guests staying. :)
I felt lucky to have found this campground with a simple Google search. It served my needs perfectly. Beautiful cabins built with purposely planted and harvested red pines on location. Very cool.
I stayed in the "Snowshoe" cabin for five nights while visiting family in the area during the daytime, so I didn't get to explore the whole campground. The cabin was very clean, cozy and comfortable. So was the bathhouse - cleanest I've seen!
The owners are Jeff and Lori Nicholas. I didn't get to meet Jeff, but Lori is very friendly, accommodating, and a perfect host. I left an item in the cabin by mistake, and Lori made sure it was returned to me. Thanks Lori!!
I highly recommend Rustic Rafters. It's a perfect little get-away quality campground with very affordable rates! It's very likely one of the nicest campgrounds in the area.
Great place! Very clean bathrooms and rooms. My only piece of advice is to bring a box fan if staying in warmer weather as there is no AC.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this camp ground. This was our first camping trip and we had an absolute blast! The rooms were very comfortable and clean! The bath house was also CLEAN! The staff is beyond friendly, they had a cornhole tournament for the fourth of July which was so much fun to watch! There was a playground for our kids to play on which they had a blast on. They had firewood bundles, ice and ice cream for purchase which was very reasonably priced. It exceeded our expectations and there was many memories made! We will be back next year!
This is my third year going here! I love the woods and the owners are very down to earth! I recommend this place if you like the northern woods. I have an rv but I've seen the cabins and shower rooms are very clean! I recommend this place highly!
