**Llama Meadows Farm** is a sixteen acre organic fruit and vegetable farm. Located in Beautiful Benzie Country, in Northwestern Lower Michigan. We are one mile south of Crystal Lake and six miles east of Lake Michigan. Our-house is super insulated and passive solar. We had llamas for their wool and manure. We retired from raising llamas, we had 12 they got old and moved on. We have around 50 fruit trees. The fruit we grow includes apples, pears, figs and paw paws. We also grow grapes, and kiwis, we also put in filberts, walnuts and pecans. We have a beautiful labyrinth peace garden.
Our intertwining Nature Trails in our Large Field next to the Campgrounds have been very popular with our Campers.
We Welcome our Campers to walk Our Labyrinth Peace Garden and to stroll though our flower and vegetable gardens and meadows that offers space to reconnect with nature. **Our beautiful communal fire pit is available for campfires.**
Only a few miles from Crystal Lake, 8 Miles to Lake Michigan (Frankfort Beach) and 30 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes this amazing location is a picture perfect snap shot out of ” Organic Living”. We have an out house, outdoor shower and electricity
We are a peace farm and we live a laid back life style; we don't mind if you have a social drink or two, but absolutely do not tolerate loud and drunkin behavior, no partying please. There is a 11 pm quiet time, no noise curfew. It's great to hear the night sounds. You may hear Owls, Coyotes, Bobcats, etc. Peace out!

This place is not what you would expect when you think “campground”. There is only ONE fire pit for 5 campsites and everyone is supposed to share one. Also the “ campsites” are just sections of the backyard of their house. Immediately I after noticing this I requested a refund and then she refuses saying she cannot even give me a dollar back. I did not stay or use any of their “amenities”. She then continues to tell me this is a “peace farm” and that if I want to party I need to go elsewhere. I didn’t mention anything about partying I’m assuming she stereotyped me because I am from downstate. This is a SCAM FARM and I will not ever be back. If I could give zero stars I would.
Unique place to camp. Lovely people, cool meadow former Llama farm. We enjoyed spending a couple nights here. Close to lots of great activities.
Boyfriend and I went to Lake Michigan on a whim and found this little treasure to stay at. We camped in a tent. There's 4 spots available and can bring a camper/RV. Our host was absolutely amazing and so sweet. They have a fantastic good vibe throughout and the place is just beautiful. Hippie vibe you could say. The hills are filled with wild flowers. There's walking trails cut into the grass to explore. As well as plenty of solar lights throughout to help all around. Their house is decorated with amazing lights even a giant peace sign! Wish I had gotten a picture cause it was beyond awesome. Every spot had a picnic table, 5 gallon container of water and beautiful flowers. She even offers items from her garden. There's a big fire pit everyone shares. Really brings you together. Hands down the cutest and cleanest portajohn I've ever came across. She even has a place area for kids that is built into the trees. And a tree house you gave stay in! Will definitely return again!!
