What.. An... Experience! First time visitor and I could not have more pleased. We brought our 4Runner and Tacoma down (mostly stock, few mods) and had a blast rocking the trails and creek beds. Loved 'Area 51' gravel dunes and water pits. Beautiful topography, lots of water features and challenges. Explored a cave onsite. Something like 900 acres (and growing... I heard) with 80+ total miles of trails. 5 Star staff. Met and talked to everyone and they were overly helpful, appreciative and energetic. For us, it is worth the drive from Kansas City. The daily trail fee of $30 per rig was affordable for all day entertainment. We camped ($10/night) and I even fished the lakes. Looking forward to going back and testing the tougher hills with a little experience under my belt.

When our group called down to reserve a cabin the lady seemed very enthusiastic and gave us reservations, though no conformation. The office hours said open till 6... Upon arrival @ 5:30 on Thursday there was absolutely no one around. We tried calling and couldn't get ahold of them, but finally they replied to a text message and told us to go to our cabin. Friday morning when we went to check in, the price was higher than what they had told us on the phone, they also charged us $70 a day for each rig when the sign clearly said $50, and the lady had told us we could ride for $40 a day beings we were staying in one of their cabins. The receipt they gave didn't line up with the amount they charged our credit card! When we nicely asked about it the lady got upset, and disrespectfully slapped us with the receipt, and told us to get out of there. The trails were nice, but definitely not worth all the money and the hassle. They won't ever see us back again!

I'm gonna have to give them a one star review because of their attitude. Our group stayed in the party barn and it was nice and smelled clean. The trails were fun and the play area by suicide hill was a blast. The problem is we were given pricing over the phone several weeks earlier and when we arrived and paid, the total seemed higher than it should have been. The guy was somewhat arrogant and when asked for an itemized receipt he claimed he couldn't do that. We went riding and when we came back someone had dropped off a receipt at our cabin. The pricing didn't hold out with what we had been told. When questioned about it the woman soon had it twisted around to where we somehow owed them an additional $70. But when we tried to pay it she slapped my brother with receipt and told him to get the h*ll out of there and have a good night? The sign clearly says $50 a day per machine for riding. She told us over the phone it would be $40 if we were renting the party barn. We were charged $70 and when asked about it she said it should have been $80. Not sure what was going on but they were not helpful in the least. If you want to come here I'd recommend coming for the day, paying your $50 and going somewhere else for the night. The less interaction with them the better.

There is trails from beginner level to very hard, our group had a lot of fun riding but there is management problems.. When I called on the phone to make reservations for our group of 13 the older lady was very enthusiastic, and the prices were fair. Upon arrival we discovered the party barn we had reserved didn't have as many bedrooms as she sed, but we were able to reserve the other ½ of the party barn via text message but cudnt pay till the following day. The next day I went up front to pay and payed a ridiculous high price and was refused an itemized receipt. So we just went riding, upon return here was a itemized receipt for a totally different price than what we were charged or what we were told on the phone so I went to ask what we were actually paying for since the daily fee was posted as 50 bucks a day and we were charged 70 bug a day per rig on the receipt, when I walked up to nicely ask about it I was treated like we were the problem when all I was doing was asking what the mixed up bill was all about, she cudnt seem to make anything hold out and eventually raised the cabin price to make it sound like we owed more yet. Eventually she rolled my receipt up and slapped me saying to just get out of here and have a good evening. I'm still confused why it was so expensive and why we were treated like riders are a pain.

Personally I recommend you keep looking there's cooler parks and it's the only side by side park I've ever been with such a unwelcoming atmosphere.
