You can pitch your tent in the fields or at the edge of the woods, pick your own spot. The sites are all in the fields with the animals! Our property is very secluded, kind of on the corner of a very forested area. We have picnic tables and portable firepits at our four drive up sites. If you'd like to be more adventurous or you prefer more seclusion you can choose your own spot, you just need to hike in and tote your gear.
Hummingbird Hollow Farm Sanctuary, Corp. was founded in January of 2020. Yes, right before Covid changed the world. I've lived on this farm since 2006, when my husband and I bought it as our dream home after the kids were out of high school. He wanted woods so he could walk out the door and go hunting, and I wanted pasture to fulfill my girlhood dream of owning horses (and all other animals I could collect) and pursue my passion of gardening. It was perfect, but tragically he died of ALS two years after moving here. He did get to fulfill his dream. I am continuing to work on mine and want to share it with you. The property and animals are here for you to enjoy.

Came back to our stuff completely trashed by some horses that look completely malnourished. Tried to get a refund from the site 3 weeks later still no response avoid this place you're better off sleeping in your car than in this woman's field
We are your neighbors who recently moved in last year down the road, and you have always been kind and helpful. We love to see your horses, donkeys and piggies when we drive by and wish to pet them so much someday. You have such a beautiful place, I read your story on here and I'm sorry for your loss, but am also very proud of you for making your farm dream still come true and living out your dreams for both of you in his memory. It is a very lovely area and you have done so amazingly with it, and I'm so happy how far it has come for you
Awesome. Will visit again for sure. Animals are super sweet and friendly. Love the creek & its crystal clear water. If you rent their space to sleep it has electricity, fans, silverware, barbecue pit, 2 full size beds w/blankets & pillows, plates, bowls, towels, soap, a bathroom (you have to heat the water), sunscreen, bugspray... they have everything. Make sure to bring all your food and drinks, including water & ice. They don't have vending machines or a store, it's like camping at a friend's prived property, but if you forget some essentials there are stores less than 10 minutes away. Great stay.
Wonderful experience for laid back people who love animals and nature. It’s camping at an animal sanctuary among the animals. The grounds have a beautiful energy. If you are the outdoorsy type, you will love it here.
Great experience with the animals and the outdoors. Great idea for a weekend getaway with the family. You can approach and pet the animals, such as donkeys, horses, goats among others.
