Love this place! i've stayed here twice now.

Great place for a get a way of family events.

We took advantage of one of the float trips and had a blast.

i highly recommend this resort and will be back again.

Gorgeous campground! Our pull thru site was plenty long and spacing to neighboring sites was generous. Utilities worked well (50A, water, sewer). We did not partake of the available activities (canoe, kayak, tubing on the river), but had we been younger, would have been a blast. Our only concern was that on site 8, there is a low(ish) hanging branch on the left side that looked like it might catch out rig if we pulled out (we're 13'6" high). We backed out, no big deal. Just be aware.

Gasconade Hills Resort is the perfect camping/floating getaway! Sheila, one of the owners, is amazingly accommodating and helpful. I had to make about 8 changes to our reservations and she was so easy to work with and very kind. The campgrounds and bath houses are immaculately clean- seriously I've never seen such a nice shower house at a campsite! After floating for the day, you end up right back at the campsite which is very convenient. 100% recommend and will be back.

Quietest, most well kept, and peaceful river that I have floated on. The campground is great! I tent camped on the hill and the seclusion and wildness of it was more than I hoped it would be.

I did walk the entire site and the RV grounds are well kept, full hook ups in most of if not all sites. Appropriately sized for a nice site and a good fire, and all with a view of the river.

The customer service is spectacular, the people who run this spot care very much and it shows in many ways not least of all the service.

Rules is rules and they say I can’t bring my own firewood. Boooo! but I get it; and, that’s my only complaint.

Overall 5 stars. I will be back.
