Really nice place. Only downside is the beach is closed. Also, not much phone service anywhere there. But everything else is great.
A COE campground near Warsaw MO ... Three camping loops ... first loop with facilities for campers with horses ... second loop with 7 or 8 FHU sites - most were level, all with gravel pads, decent amount of space between sites and heavily tree's ... third loop with a mix of sites - some with 30amp, some primitive - water outlets scattered around this loop ... Water will be turned OFF late October thru April .....
After our first night, in the FHU loop, we were the only campers in that loop .....
The campground is very nice. The shower house was very clean. Only down fall is the cell service is horrible !! But this is a pretty remote campground. Also be prepared... there are a massive amount of bugs!! Stayed 4 days and had a pretty good time.
